Job summary

Uniphar Group is seeking an Expanded Access Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams in the design, implementation and delivery of EAPs and exclusive distribution programs, ensuring global regulatory and GDP compliance.

You will be the primary client contact, manage contracts, onboarding, vendor oversight, and reporting, and drive KPIs, budgets, and service excellence across the program lifecycle from award to close-out.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead complex pharma/biotech programs.
• Understanding of drug development lifecycles and GDP/regulatory requirements.
• Experience in contract management, onboarding products/clients and vendor oversight.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and client management skills.
• Strategic mindset with ability to grow services within accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to design, implement and deliver EAPs.
• Own contracts, data processing agreements and quality interfaces.
• Manage client relationships, KPIs, budgets and reporting deliverables.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and GDP standards across lifecycles.
• Identify opportunities for expanding services within existing accounts.
