Job summary

Uniphar Group is seeking an Expanded Access Program Manager in the United Kingdom to lead end-to-end delivery of patient access programs, from award through close-out, ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.

You will chair cross-functional teams across regulatory, supply chain and quality to design, implement and manage Expanded Access and exclusive distribution programs in line with GDP requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead programs and manage complex projects.
• Understanding of drug development lifecycles, regulatory requirements, and GDP.
• Skilled at serving as the main point of contact, building trust, and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Experience in contract management, onboarding products/clients, and vendor oversight.
• Ensure adherence to global regulations, quality standards, and SOPs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to run client meetings, manage scope changes, and deliver clear reporting.
• Strategic thinker able to align programs with long-term goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end program delivery from award to close-out.
• Act as primary contact for client companies and ensure delivery of Exclusive Access Programs.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Uniphar to design, implement and deliver EAPs.
• Ensure contracts and agreements are in place upon program award.
• Maintain KPIs and budget targets; report progress to clients.
• Onboard clients, manufacturers and products within Uniphar Group.
• Collaborate with regulatory, supply chain, quality and tech to meet requirements.
• Design and implement program-specific processes and ensure adherence.
• Manage third-party vendors delivering client services.
• Maintain ongoing client communication per the program plan.
• Handle scope changes and secure approvals with cross-functional support.
• Provide timely program reporting and KPI delivery.
• Identify opportunities for new business with Uniphar capabilities.
