Job summary

Uniphar Group is seeking an Expanded Access Program Coordinator to oversee operational delivery of EAPs for Healthcare Professionals. The role focuses on managing inquiries, registrations, and compliance across regulatory and quality processes.

The position requires fluency in English plus another European language, careful attention to processes, and experience with ERP systems and CRM tools within a highly regulated pharma environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and an additional European language are essential.
• Ideally degree level education.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook & Excel (intermediate).
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or D365 is an advantage.
• CRM tools experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and triage enquiries from Healthcare Professionals via program inboxes and phone lines.
• Collaborate with Project Management to align KPIs and deliverables.
• Assist physicians and pharmacists with general enquiries, escalating medical queries as needed.
• Manage HCP registration and patient enrolment per program and in-country regulations.
• Coordinate with Regulatory, Quality and Supply Chain teams for compliance.
