Job summary

Kinda Dusty Ltd is a fast growing global producer of concerts and live theatre productions, delivering over 1,000 performances each year. We are seeking an organised Events Coordinator to support our UK and international programme from home, with weekly on-site in Liverpool.

You will coordinate venue communications, maintain records and help prepare shows, working closely with Head of Events & Operations, Logistics Manager and Programming.

Qualifications

• Excellent administrative experience.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Strong IT skills and confidence using email, spreadsheets, shared documents and online systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and a calm, practical approach when plans change.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate venue and event communications with venues, artists and event teams.
• Support programming and event planning, including venue booking forms and records.
• Liaise with venues, logistics and technical teams to confirm equipment and accessibility requirements.
• Prepare event documentation and materials, including call sheets and tickets information.
• Provide Box Office cover and assist with accommodation bookings as needed.
