Qualifications

• Interest in developing expertise in vehicle diagnostics, especially hybrids and EVs.
• Experience in a motor vehicle workshop, ideally as a technician or diagnostic technician.
• Willingness to undertake ongoing training and accreditation programmes.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle faults, with a focus on hybrid and electric vehicles.
• Utilise the latest diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues efficiently and accurately.
• Complete servicing and repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards.
• Contribute to a busy workshop's workflow, maintaining high standards of customer service and workshop efficiency.
• Undertake training and certification to progress towards diagnostic technician status.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of work carried out.
• Support team efforts to meet workshop targets and deadlines.
