Perfect Placement UK Ltd is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Vehicle Technician for a reputable car dealership in Crawley. The role focuses on advanced diagnostics, warranty and repairs across various makes, with access to EV diagnostics and ongoing manufacturer training.

You will join a forward-thinking, safety-conscious team, mentoring Apprentice Technicians and contributing to high customer satisfaction. A Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification and a Diagnostic Technician credential are

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance.
• Recognised Diagnostic Technician qualification.
• Proven experience as a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician; brand-specific experience is advantageous.
• Willingness to undertake ongoing manufacturer training, including EV/hybrid tech.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced diagnostics, warranty repairs, and vehicle repairs across various makes and models.
• Perform electric vehicle diagnostics and hydraulic repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards.
• Utilise diagnostic tools and software to identify complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
• Mentor and support Apprentice Technicians in their professional development.
• Maintain high safety standards and ensure customer satisfaction in all tasks.
• Assist in the repair and maintenance of electric and hybrid vehicles as required.
