Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Proven experience as a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician or Diagnostic Mechanic preferred.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic skills.
• Proficiency with modern diagnostic equipment and technician software.
• Ability to follow manufacturer processes and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex diagnostic, warranty, servicing, and repair work to a high standard.
• Utilise advanced diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve challenging faults.
• Perform repairs on electric and hybrid vehicles where qualified, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Follow manufacturer guidelines, technical procedures, and health & safety standards.
• Collaborate with the workshop team to meet departmental targets and uphold high standards of workmanship.
• Keep up to date with the latest manufacturer training, technical innovations, and vehicle technologies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on quality and professionalism.
