Perfect Placement UK Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a reputable car dealership in Crawley for a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician role. This position offers a challenging opportunity to deliver high-quality diagnostics and vehicle repairs within a dynamic team.

The role is full-time, 45 hours per week with a weekend rota, and includes access to advanced manufacturer training, including EV/HEV diagnostics. A competitive £42,000 base salary with up to £52,000 OTE is offered, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and a recognised Diagnostic Technician qualification.
• Brand-specific diagnostic experience is advantageous.
• Commitment to safety protocols and continuous training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced diagnostics and warranty repairs across various makes.
• Perform EV/HEV diagnostics and hydraulic repairs per manufacturer standards.
• Utilise diagnostic tools to identify complex issues and develop solutions.
• Mentor Apprentice Technicians in their professional development.
• Maintain high safety standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in repair and maintenance of electric and hybrid vehicles as required.
