Qualifications
- Master Technician or Diagnostic certification preferred but not essential.
- Proven experience in automotive diagnostics and repairs.
- Strong knowledge of hybrid, electric, and safety features.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Leadership qualities and willingness to support team development.
- Valid UK driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic equipment.
- Perform routine servicing and maintenance in line with manufacturer standards.
- Stay current with developments in automotive technology, including hybrid and electric vehicle systems.
- Provide clear explanations of repair requirements and estimates to customers.
- Uphold high standards of quality and safety in all work undertaken.
- Mentor and support junior technicians, fostering a collaborative team environment.
