Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, Master Technician, or Service Technician
• Strong diagnostic skills, especially with hybrid and EV systems
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work flexibly under pressure
• Commitment to high standards of workmanship and customer service
• Willingness to develop within a reputable dealership

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle diagnostics, repairs and routine maintenance to manufacturer standards
• Work on hybrid and electric models
• Assist with technical diagnosis and troubleshooting as a Master Technician or Service Technician
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and procedures
• Maintain high quality workmanship and deliver excellent customer service
• Collaborate with team to optimise workshop efficiency
• Support vehicle safety checks and compliance activities
