Job summary

Zurich Cover-More is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Lead to oversee end-to-end partner onboarding and business migration across Europe, ensuring timely, on-budget implementations with stakeholders across Product, IT, Finance and Legal.

You will manage governance, risk, and communications, drive a customer-focused approach, and build strong relationships with partners and suppliers. The role offers a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in project delivery or management.
• Experience onboarding partners and multi-stakeholder programmes.
• Knowledge of Prince2 and/or Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation of partner onboarding and migration projects across Europe.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, IT, Finance, Legal, Operations, Customer Service, Risk and Compliance.
• Lead project governance activities, including status reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure key business requirements are delivered, including due diligence, data protection assessments, IT security reviews, legal agreements and operational readiness.
• Facilitate internal and external project meetings with clear updates and action tracking.
• Identify risks and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to objectives.
• Provide post-implementation support and manage subsequent project activity.
• Drive a customer-focused approach throughout delivery.
