Willmott Dixon are recruiting an Estimator for the Yorkshire region, based at Morley office three days a week and two days from home. The role involves developing robust cost plans for projects valued from £10m to £80m across Education, Leisure, Transport, Blue Light, Commercial and Health sectors.

You will lead or support estimating activities, collaborate with the preconstruction team, and contribute to procurement strategy formation, ensuring accurate net costs and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• GCSEs including maths and strong numeracy as a baseline
• A relevant qualification in quantity surveying, construction management or civil engineering
• Minimum Level 4 qualification (HNC/NVQ4 etc) or higher

Responsabilités

• Lead or support the estimating process for projects
• Develop robust and detailed cost plans aligned with customer requirements and current legislation
• Collaborate with preconstruction team and supply chain partners
