Willmott Dixon is recruiting a Senior Estimator for the North West region, based out of the Oldham office 3 days per week and from home 2 days per week.

You will lead the estimating process, calculate build costs across projects, and mentor the estimating team while collaborating with preconstruction, supply chain and design colleagues to meet client requirements and current legislation.

Competenze

• Good numeracy skills and strong written and spoken English.
• HNC/HND/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Civil Engineering
• Working towards MCIOB / MRICS.

Mansioni

• Calculate build costs for multiple projects and ensure net cost accuracy on time.
• Lead estimating through to contract signing and support procurement strategy.
• Collaborate with preconstruction, supply chain and design teams.
