The Access Group, a UK-headquartered business management software provider, seeks an Account Manager in a hybrid ERP division role. You will handle client queries, build relationships with stakeholders, host meetings, and ensure smooth handovers to the projects team.

A strong sales/account management background and excellent communication are essential. You will work in a hybrid model, with a minimum in-office presence of three days per week at the Timisoara office, and contribute to delivering

Responsabilidades

• Handle a large volume of client queries on a daily basis.
• Build multi-level relationships with key stakeholders within a business.
• Host meetings at all levels with customers.
• Once a sale is made, ensure a smooth handover to the projects team.
• Always provide the highest level of customer service to our customers.
• Organise monthly or quarterly account reviews for your customer base.
