Job summary

Walbrook Institute London is seeking an Enrolment Advisor to join our Sales team. Based in a hybrid role (up to 3 days on campus), you will own the student recruitment pipeline from enquiry through to enrolment, using consultative techniques to understand goals and close opportunities.

The role offers 37.5 hours per week, with a target-driven environment and a salary of up to £30,000 per year plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
• Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and sales activity.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own pipeline of prospective students from enquiry to enrolment.
• Contact leads via telephone, email, live chat and WhatsApp.
• Build rapport and identify student motivations and career aspirations.
• Use consultative selling techniques to recommend programmes.
• Follow up, handle objections and convert interest into enrolments.
• Collaborate with admissions team for smooth transition from application to enrolment.
• Maintain accurate records and forecast activity using the CRM system.
• Become an expert in Walbrook's programmes to communicate their value.
