• Proven experience delivering high level customer service.
• Familiarity with CRM, billing and metering in the utilities sector.
• Able to use multiple IT systems simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills under target-driven conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer centric service delivering first contact resolution for Business customers via phone, platforms and in-person interactions.
• Collaborate with wider teams to resolve queries while retaining customer ownership.
• Meet service levels and resolution targets for assigned customers.
• Ensure customer requests are completed accurately and first time for correct billing.
• Take ownership of complex issues and follow through to completion.
