Job summary

Ecotricity in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to own a portfolio of high-value business customers and act as their day-to-day contact. You will manage meter point performance across billing and metering, resolve queries, and drive KPI outcomes with support from the Strategic Relationship Manager.

You will engage with cross‑functional teams, nurture customer loyalty, and seek continuous improvement in processes and service delivery for Ecotricity Business.

Qualifications

• Experience of customer and third‑party account management.
• Proven track record of delivering customer‑focused solutions to a demanding customer base.
• Demonstrated ability to drive successful performance.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce.
• Experience within the B2B energy industry.
• Knowledge of Third Party Intermediaries (TPIs).

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts at a granular level to ensure meter point performance across metering, billing, and settlement, enabling objectives.
• Take ownership of customer complaints, prioritise and resolve to satisfaction within agreed time scales.
• Proactively monitor and manage cases to minimise resolution delays, ensuring SLA/KPI adherence.
• Check, fix, and distribute customer invoices monthly, resolving queries and strengthening relationships.
• Know your portfolio and ensure KPIs are achieved.
• Collaborate with non‑customer facing teams to complete health tasks on time and meet SLAs.
• Support Strategic Relationship Managers in maintaining relationships with key customers.
