Job summary

Succession Wealth is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Administrator to join our hybrid team, based from our Birmingham office. You will support Planners in managing a diverse client portfolio, ensuring high-quality service and accurate record-keeping.

You will liaise with policy providers, handle renewals, and prepare client reports and annual reviews while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience within Employee Benefits administration.
• Good attention to detail and numeracy with high accuracy.
• Group Protection experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with policy providers for policy details and illustrations; process new business
• Process group protection, health and wellbeing and pension renewals/reviews; prepare annual review docs
• Keep client records up to date and accurate
• Prepare documentation, client reports and annual review correspondence
• Process client invoices and provider commissions; follow up where required
