Job summary

Successionwealth is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Administrator to join the team in Glasgow. You will support Planners in managing a portfolio of employee benefits clients and help deliver outstanding service.

The role involves liaising with policy providers, handling renewals, maintaining client records, and preparing reports and correspondence. A strong emphasis is placed on accuracy, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience in Employee Benefits administration.
  • Good attention to detail and numeracy with high accuracy.
  • Group Protection experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with policy providers for policy details, obtain illustrations, process new business applications and track to completion.
  • Process group protection, health & wellbeing and group pension renewals/reviews and prepare documents for client annual reviews.
  • Ensure client records are accurate and up to date.
  • Prepare documentation, client reports and annual review correspondence.
  • Process client invoices and provider commissions and follow up as needed.

Hybrid working from our Glasgow office

Our specialist Employee Benefit Solutions division provides employee benefits advice, consultancy, and support to clients of all types and sizes, from workplace pensions and group risk to staff communications. We now have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Employee Benefits Administrator to join the team.

As an Employee Benefits Administrator

you will work as part of a highly professional support team that enables our Planners to maintain a portfolio of employee benefits clients and ensures that the business is able to deliver an outstanding service to its customers.

Key aspects of the role will include:
  • Liaising with policy providers for policy details, obtaining policy illustrations, processing new business applications and tracking to completion
  • Processing both group protection, health and wellbeing and group pension renewals/reviews and preparing documentation for client annual review meetings
  • Ensuring that client records are kept up to date and accurate
  • Preparing documentation, client reports and annual review correspondence
  • Processing client invoices and provider commission and following up where required

We are looking for an excellent communicator with a passion for delivering an outstanding level of service and the confidence to maintain and develop strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
