Job summary

Succession Wealth is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Administrator to join our Glasgow team on a hybrid basis. You will support Planners by maintaining a portfolio of employee benefits clients and ensuring delivery of high-quality service.

You will liaise with policy providers, handle renewals, update client records, prepare documentation, and manage invoicing and commissions. The role requires excellent communication and strong numeracy and organisational skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience within Employee Benefits administration.
  • Proven attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with policy providers for policy details and illustrations.
  • Process group protection, health & wellbeing, and group pension renewals/reviews.
  • Maintain up-to-date client records and generate reports for annual reviews.
  • Prepare client documentation, reports and annual review correspondence.
  • Process client invoices and provider commissions and follow up as required.

We now have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Employee Benefits Administrator to join the team.

We now have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Employee Benefits Administrator to join the team.

As an Employee Benefits Administrator

you will work as part of a highly professional support team that enables our Planners to maintain a portfolio of employee benefits clients and ensures that the business is able to deliver an outstanding service to its customers.

Key aspects of the role will include
  • Liaising with policy providers for policy details, obtaining policy illustrations, processing new business applications and tracking to completion
  • Processing both group protection, health and wellbeing and group pension renewals/reviews and preparing documentation for client annual review meetings
  • Ensuring that client records are kept up to date and accurate
  • Preparing documentation, client reports and annual review correspondence
  • Processing client invoices and provider commission and following up where required

We are looking for an excellent communicator with a passion for delivering an outstanding level of service and the confidence to maintain and develop strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
