Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Director, Head of EMEA Operations to lead all Operations activities across the EMEA region, ensuring PlayStation products are planned, assembled, fulfilled and delivered with high service, efficiency, and control.

This senior role oversees Logistics, 3PL warehousing, Sales Operations, Order Management, and Assembly/Fulfilment Planning for B2B and D2C, driving resilience and alignment with commercial goals across a complex regional network.

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Fulfilment, or related leadership roles.
• Strong experience leading cross-functional teams across regional or global environments.
• Deep understanding of B2B and D2C operations, including order management, warehousing, transportation, and fulfilment.
• Experience managing 3PL warehousing partners, transportation providers, control tower operations, and regional networks.
• Strong leadership capability with ability to set direction, build teams, influence stakeholders, and deliver through complexity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end EMEA Operations function across logistics, warehousing, order management, assembly and fulfilment for B2B and D2C channels.
• Provide leadership across regional Operations teams, setting direction and accountability.
• Oversee Transportation Control Tower management and partner performance against service, cost and capacity.
• Lead regional warehouse operations via 3PL partnerships and ensure SLAs and handling of peak periods.
• Oversee Sales Operations and Order Management to ensure accurate, timely fulfilment and visibility.
• Coordinate assembly and fulfilment planning aligned to forecast and demand across markets.
• Drive continuous improvement in service, cost, resilience, and customer experience.
