Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Director, Head of EMEA Operations to lead all Operations activities across the EMEA region. The role ensures PlayStation products are planned, assembled, fulfilled, and delivered with high service standards and operational control.

Qualifications

15+ years’ experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Fulfilment, Sales Operations or related regional leadership role.
Strong leadership capability with ability to build teams and deliver through complexity.
Deep understanding of B2B and D2C operations, including order management, warehousing and transportation.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end EMEA Operations across logistics, warehousing, order management, assembly and fulfilment planning for B2B and D2C.
Provide regional leadership, set direction, build capability, ensure accountability across functions.
Oversee Transportation Control Tower, inbound/outbound transport, and partner performance against service and cost targets.
Drive improvements in service, cost, resilience, and customer experience across the region.
