Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment seeks a senior leader to run EMEA Operations, overseeing logistics, warehousing, order management, and fulfilment for both B2B and D2C channels. Qualifications

• 15+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Fulfilment, Sales Operations, Planning, or related regional leadership role.
• Strong leadership capability with ability to build teams and influence stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of B2B and D2C operations, including order management, warehousing, transportation, fulfilment, and customer delivery.
• Experience managing 3PL warehousing partners and transportation providers; control tower operations.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with budget and partner performance experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management across Commercial, Planning, Finance, Customer Service, D2C, and external partners.
• Strong analytical and problem‑ solving skills with a track record of operational improvement and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end EMEA Operations across logistics, warehousing, order management, assembly, and fulfilment for B2B and D2C.
• Provide regional leadership, setting direction, building capability, and ensuring accountability across functions.
• Oversee Transportation Control Tower and inbound/outbound regional transport activities.
• Manage Warehousing 3PLs to meet service levels, productivity targets, and cost expectations.
• Oversee Sales Operations and Order Management aligning with commercial priorities.
• Lead Assembly and Fulfilment Planning ensuring localisation, channel readiness, and forecast alignment.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Planning, Finance, D2C, Customer Service, Global Operations, and external partners to support priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement in service, cost, resilience, and customer experience.
