Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Director to lead EMEA Operations, delivering end-to-end logistics, warehousing, order management, and fulfilment across B2B and D2C channels. You will drive regional strategy, oversee cross-functional teams, and partner with Commercial, Planning, Finance, and external partners to ensure service, cost, and capacity targets are met.

Qualifications

• 15+ years' experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Fulfilment, Sales Operations, Planning, or related regional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end EMEA Operations across logistics, warehousing, order management, and fulfilment for B2B and D2C.
• Provide leadership across regional Operations teams, setting direction and accountability.
• Oversee Transportation Control Tower and inbound/outbound regional transport activities.
• Lead Warehousing 3PL management across the region with cost-effective operations.
• Oversee Sales Operations and Order Management to meet commitments.
• Lead Assembly and Fulfilment Planning aligning forecast with demand.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Planning, Finance, D2C, Customer Service, and external partners.
• Drive continuous improvement across service, cost, resilience, and customer experience.
• Work with Operations Excellence & Transformation to define strategic approaches and KPI reviews.
