Job summary

Howden is seeking an entrepreneurial Branch Manager in the United Kingdom to take ownership of branch P&L, seek new business opportunities, and lead a team to deliver excellent service to existing clients.

You will coach and develop staff, focus on retaining policies and driving loyalty, and ensure seamless cross-selling of Personal Lines and Commercial insurance products. A strong communicator with a people-first leadership style will thrive here.
