MBDA offers an Electronics Engineer Undergraduate Placement for 2027 in the United Kingdom. The role spans electronics engineering pathways with real-world defence projects, enabling application of university knowledge to live systems.

You will join a collaborative engineering team, contributing to the full product lifecycle and gaining hands-on experience in requirements capture, design, prototyping and testing during a 12-month placement starting September 2027.

Qualifications

• Currently an undergraduate pursuing a degree in Electrical, Electronic, Avionics, Electro-mechanical or related Engineering field.

Responsibilities

• Engage in full lifecycle development from capturing requirements and architectural design to hardware integration and prototype testing.
• Contribute to development across multiple pathways including electronics engineering, missile architecture and test architecture.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure product quality through design, testing and documentation.
