MBDA is offering a 10 week Electronic Engineering Summer Placement starting June 2027 in Stevenage. You will work with the Electronics team to design and integrate electronics for missile systems, gaining practical lab experience and mentorship.

The placement is on-site, with opportunities for overtime and progression into a graduate role after completion. MBDA supports early careers with accredited training and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current undergrad working towards a degree in Electrical/Electronic/Avionics/ Electro-mechanical/Physics or related Engineering discipline.
• BPSS security checks required post-offer stage.
• MBDA placement aims to apply university learning to real projects.

Responsibilities

• Join Electronics Engineering to design and integrate electronics for missile systems.
• Work with a team of engineers across disciplines to deliver projects.
• Gain hands-on lab experience building experimental hardware and possibly software/firmware.
