MBDA UK is offering a year‑long Undergraduate Engineering Placement for September 2027. You will contribute to Customer Support and Services, interacting with UK armed forces and gaining hands‑on experience across current development and in‑service programmes.

The role is hybrid, with 2–3 days on‑site, and involves security checks (BPSS). Starting salary is £24,460 with potential bonus and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate studying engineering.
• Good understanding of engineering principles and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the CADMID cycle across development and In‑Service work.
• Assist the Design Team with technical queries and repairs.
• Gain hands-on engineering experience in a live defence project.
• Work towards ensuring system availability and supportability for customers.
