Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking an organised EHS & Facilities administrator for our UK Head Office in Solihull. This role supports data review, reports, records, and facilities coordination in a busy environment.

You will manage CAFM requests, support EHS training, purchasing, and invoicing, and help drive process improvements. A GCSE-level education and strong IT skills are essential; hybrid work with three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative, coordination or facilities support role.
• Strong IT skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with EHS or CAFM is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support across EHS & Facilities, including reviewing data, updating databases and maintaining accurate records.
• Prepare weekly reports, presentations and business updates, turning information into clear and engaging slides and summaries.
• Support meetings and communications, including taking notes, coordinating actions and following up on agreed tasks.
• Manage day-to-day facilities requests through our CAFM system, liaising with associates and our facilities provider.
• Coordinate EHS training and Health Surveillance, including bookings, records and follow-up with external providers.
• Support office purchasing, purchase orders and invoicing, and maintain the EHS & Facilities SharePoint site.
• Help streamline processes and support the team with wider EHS activities, including reporting and claims. Support the team with the administration of projects and on some occasions, owning workstreams.
