The role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement, combining home working with two days per week in the office, plus development opportunities and a chance to work on high‑profile projects that benefit Crawley communities.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of economic development, regeneration and business support initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, partner organisations and stakeholders.
• Promote Crawley as a destination for investment, business growth and innovation.
• Coordinate and deliver projects from inception to completion within budgets and timescales.
• Research and analyse economic trends, policies and opportunities to inform decision‑making.
• Represent us at meetings, events and networking opportunities as an ambassador for Crawley.
