Job summary

TD SYNNEX in the United Kingdom is seeking an Ecommerce Integration Manager to support customers transitioning to electronic platforms, configure, test, and validate integrations, and coordinate with IT, operations, and commercial teams for timely delivery.

You will deliver training, create technical documentation, and troubleshoot during rollout while contributing to ongoing improvements across digital and e-commerce solutions in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer integration, ecommerce, or technical support roles.
• Understanding of electronic integration technologies (EDI, API, XML).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Support customer integrations and transition from manual to electronic solutions.
• Configure, test, and validate integrations (EDI, API, XML, web portals).
• Coordinate with IT, operations and commercial teams on projects and timelines.
• Troubleshoot technical and process issues during implementation and rollout.
• Provide training and create documentation for customers and internal teams.
