Job summary

TD SYNNEX UK&I is seeking an Ecommerce integration specialist to support customers transitioning to electronic platforms and digital solutions. You will configure, test, and validate integrations (EDI, API, XML), coordinating with IT, operations, and commercial teams to ensure smooth implementations and adoption.

You will also troubleshoot issues, deliver training, and create technical documentation while contributing to continuous improvement across digital and e-commerce platforms in a hybrid,

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer integration, e-commerce, technical support, or systems-related role.
• Understanding of electronic integration technologies such as EDI, API, XML, or similar data exchange solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong customer focus with commitment to exceptional service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams.
• High attention to detail and proactive continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing
