Job summary

Elevation Recruitment Group in Leeds is seeking an experienced eBilling Analyst to join a professional services organisation. You will take ownership of complex eBilling processes, support key clients and drive continuous improvements within the finance team.

Working with the eBilling Supervisor, you will resolve queries, produce client reports and help develop junior colleagues while maintaining high accuracy and service standards. Hybrid working offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in an eBilling environment with reconciliations and discrepancy resolution.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to investigate and resolve issues.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer eBilling systems, ensuring accuracy and SLAs.
• Oversee complex billing queries, rejections, uploads and reconciliations.
• Produce monthly client reports and assist with stakeholder communications.
• Support training and development of junior team members.
