Job summary

Elevation Recruitment Group is partnering with a well-established professional services firm in Leeds City Centre to recruit an eBilling Analyst. Hybrid role with two days in the office and three days working from home, offering varied responsibilities across billing and stakeholder engagement.

You will own complex eBilling processes, resolve queries, generate client reports and support junior teammates, while contributing to process improvements and accuracy across the billing cycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in an eBilling environment including reconciliations and resolving billing discrepancies.
• Experience using different eBilling systems, platforms and file formats.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to liaise with internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and work within SLAs and KPIs.
• Proactive approach to identifying process improvements and best practice.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer eBilling systems, ensuring activities are completed accurately and within SLAs.
• Oversee complex billing queries, rejections, uploads, reconciliations and resolutions, addressing issues promptly.
• Act as a key point of contact for complex eBilling matters for internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Produce monthly client reports and snapshots, updates on billing performance and outstanding issues.
• Collaborate with Collections to review aged debt, resolve discrepancies and support cash collection.
• Mentor and develop junior team members and share knowledge on best practice.
• Assist with developing training materials, standardised procedures and end-to-end processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, streamline processes and increase operational efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Finance and other departments.
