Job summary

Willow Recruit Ltd is seeking an experienced eBilling Assistant in Birmingham to join a dynamic finance team. Hybrid role with 2 days from home, offering involvement in end-to-end e-Billing for multiple currencies and jurisdictions.

You will oversee electronic invoices, ensure compliance with client guidelines, and maintain accurate billing records while collaborating with senior stakeholders and internal teams in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with ebilling in professional services.
• Experience with billing platforms and client guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and process electronic invoices, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Submit invoices to client e-Billing platforms within agreed timelines.
• Monitor e-Billing systems and maintain up-to-date timekeeper records, rates, and invoice data.
• Investigate and resolve invoice rejections with clients and internal teams.
• Manage aged invoices with Credit Control and Billing teams to secure payments.
• Ensure compliance with client guidelines, VAT rules, and Solicitors’ Accounts Rules.
