Mining Remediation Authority is seeking an Earth Scientist to join the Inland Salinity team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will help understand and manage environmental risks from rising saline mine water, working with regulators, consultants and partners across Yorkshire and the Midlands.

You’ll interpret hydrogeological, geochemical and environmental data, scope investigations and provide clear technical advice to support decision-making, while coordinating with cross-functional teams

Formación

• Experience interpreting hydrogeological, geochemical or environmental data to support decision-making.
• Ability to scope technical investigations, studies and solutions addressing environmental risks.
• Experience managing consultants, contractors or technical specialists to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build credibility with stakeholders.
