Job summary

HealthHero in Glasgow is seeking fully qualified Counsellors and Psychotherapists to join our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) clinical team on a part-time basis, with in-office work at our Glasgow HQ and hybrid options. The role involves initial assessments, risk management, and caseload-driven sessions conducted by telephone or video.

We offer induction training, a supportive clinical team, 22 days leave pro rata, bank holidays and birthday leave, supervision support, 24/7 on-call

Qualifications

• Fully qualified Counsellor or Psychotherapist with L4+ in Counselling.
• Experience in EAP or time-limited assessment preferred.
• Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Carry out initial clinical assessments and triage client needs across the pathway.
• Carry out Risk Assessments and follow safeguarding protocols.
• Manage a caseload of clients requiring structured counselling.
