HealthHero in Glasgow is seeking fully qualified Counsellors or Psychotherapists to join our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Clinical Team on a part-time basis, based in-office at our HQ in Glasgow.
You will provide short-term confidential counselling, manager support, trauma and risk assessments, and guide clients through pathways via phone or video sessions. Also involved are safeguarding and time-limited assessments, with a flexible shift pattern to support work/life balance.

Our EAP Counsellors work to help employees resolve personal and work-related issues that may be affecting their health and wellbeing. Our EAP services include short-term confidential counselling, manager support, critical incident and trauma support, legal and financial advice, and referrals to specialist psychological services such as CBT and EMDR.
As a fully qualified Counsellor or Psychotherapist, your working day will include but not be limited to:

Glasgow/Remote - Minimum of 1 day based in the Glasgow Office, depending on shift/days worked (mandatory)
Salary range £26,000 to £30,000 based on full time hours of 37.5. Part time hours will be pro rata salary.
Any agreed permanent work performed between 10:00pm and 6:00am, Monday to Sunday, shall be paid at 50% of your standard hourly rate.
