The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in driver management, a solid understanding of transport regulations in SA, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in driver management or fleet supervision.
• Proven experience managing drivers in the SA context.
• Strong knowledge of transport regulations and driver hours.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Hybrid work experience, onsite and remote.
• Proficient in fleet management software.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily activities of drivers to ensure route efficiency.
• Develop schedules balancing operations and regulations.
• Monitor performance, provide coaching and reviews.
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies.
• Onboard and train drivers; maintain records.
• Collaborate with dispatch to optimize logistics.
