Alford & Bishop in Kent is seeking a junior Dispute Resolution Solicitor (NQ–2 PQE) to join their growing team, working closely with a seasoned Partner on a varied caseload.

You will handle property disputes, commercial litigation, probate and inheritance, contractual and employment disputes, developing client relationships and contributing to cross-referrals.

Qualifications

• NQ–2 years PQE in dispute resolution.
• Experience across property disputes, commercial litigation, and employment disputes.
• Able to market the department and build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied and high-quality caseload in dispute resolution.
• Advise on contentious matters including property disputes, contract disputes, and probate-related issues.
• Work closely with a Partner to develop business and cross-referrals.
