Alford & Bishop is recruiting a Residential Property Conveyancer to join their Kent offices. The role involves managing a busy caseload of residential property work, including sales, purchases and remortgages, with a focus on delivering high-quality client service.

They welcome Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive candidates from NQ to 2 years' PQE and offer a supportive team, development opportunities, and a hybrid working pattern.

Qualifications

• NQ to 2 years' PQE and a strong team player with commitment to high quality client service.
• Active involvement in business development and networking to grow the department.

Responsibilities

• Manage a busy caseload across sales, purchases and remortgages.
• Handle transfers of equity and general property advice through completion.
• Oversee registrations, SDLT, billing, costs and file closures in line with SRA, CQS, AML procedures and firm policies.
