Job summary

Everpool Recruitment is recruiting for hybrid Functional Assessors in Lewes, offering work from home and in-office duties with no weekends or long shifts. Roles involve conducting PIP and WCA assessments for nurses, OTs, physios, paramedics and pharmacists.

You will review evidence, compile detailed reports for the DWP, and complete a structured training program. Requirements include 1 year post-registration in an adult setting, active registration, and strong communication, typing and IT skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year post-registration experience in an adult setting.
• Must have at least 1 year of active registration.
• Strong communication, effective assessment, typing/report-writing and IT skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments via phone and face-to-face.
• Review medical evidence, health questionnaires and daily living activities.
• Compile detailed reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
