Job summary

Everpool Recruitment in Slough is seeking a Clinical Functional Assessor (permanent, Mon-Fri) to assess individuals for PIP or WCA. The role is hybrid (home and office) with a salary of £50,000–£51,000 and a structured progression.

Training is provided with a 5% one-off bonus on approval and a 10% annual performance bonus. Ideal candidates are registered healthcare professionals with 1+ year post-registration experience, strong communication, and confident IT skills.

Qualifications

• Registered healthcare professional (NMC or HCPC).
• Minimum 1 year post-registration clinical experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident IT and typing ability.
• Ability to work independently and manage a clinical caseload.
• Experience working with complex health conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone and face-to-face assessments.
• Evaluate how health conditions impact daily living.
• Produce detailed, evidence-based clinical reports.
• Work in a hybrid environment (home and office-based).
