Job summary

Everpool Recruitment is seeking a Disability Assessor for the PIP program in the Aylesbury area. This hybrid role lets you transition from hands-on care while applying clinical expertise, with structured training and clear career progression.

You will conduct telephone and face-to-face assessments, take detailed histories, review medical evidence, and produce objective reports for the DWP. The starting salary is £40,000–£42,000 with a 5% bonus, pension, 25 days leave, and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year post-registration clinical experience.
• Active professional registration.
• Relevant adult clinical experience.
• Strong communication and assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone and face-to-face assessments.
• Take detailed clinical histories and structured questions.
• Assess impact of physical, mental and cognitive conditions on daily living and mobility.
• Review medical evidence and health questionnaires.
• Produce objective, evidence-based reports for the DWP.
