Job summary

VANRATH in Belfast is seeking a Programme Director for Digital Transformation in a hybrid role (typically in the office one day per week). You will oversee a portfolio of digital transformation initiatives, taking ownership of change, delivering projected benefits and leading multi-disciplinary teams.

Excellent planning, communication and risk management are essential assets for success. Immediate start; £750 per day; free parking on site.

Qualifications

Holds a relevant Programme/Project Management qualification.
Proven project management and leadership skills with knowledge of business analysis and IT service management.
Excellent planning, communication and presentation skills.
Expert in project quality management.
Experience in business case development and benefits realisation.
Experience with budget preparation and cost control to maximise value.
Experience identifying and managing project risks to avoid delays or overspend.

Responsibilities

Ensure the portfolio/programme of change meets objectives and delivers benefits.
Act as owner of the overall business change supported by the programme.
Maintain focus on business outcomes while actively managing risks.
Take personal responsibility for successful delivery throughout the programme lifecycle.
Provide leadership and direction across the change initiative.
