Job summary

VanRath in Belfast is seeking an experienced Programme Test Lead to support a major Workday transformation programme. You will own the testing strategy, planning, governance and delivery, ensuring business processes, integrations, data migration, security and reporting are fully tested ahead of go-live.

You will coordinate with the Programme Team, System Integrator, Workday specialists, business stakeholders and third-party vendors, providing assurance on solution quality, readiness and testing

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Programme Test Lead or Test Manager.
• Experience leading testing for large, multi-module enterprise deployments.
• Workday implementation or transformation experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the programme test strategy, plans and governance.
• Lead testing across multiple Workday modules and related systems.
• Coordinate system, integration, regression, data migration and UAT testing.
• Manage testing dependencies across Finance, Procurement, IT and wider business functions.
• Oversee defect management, reporting, prioritisation and resolution.
• Coordinate internal teams, implementation partners and third-party suppliers.
• Provide reporting on testing progress, quality, risks and go-live readiness.
• Ensure test evidence, controls and documentation are maintained.
• Support stakeholders during UAT and operational readiness activities.
