Job summary

Involved Solutions LTD. urgently requires a senior Project Transformation Manager to lead large-scale programmes in a secure government environment. The role reports to the Engineering & Operations Director and interfaces with the Strategic PMO on governance and delivery maturity.

The position is remote/hybrid with UK-based and overseas delivery. DV clearance is required, and the contract runs for six months with potential extension. Compensation is £875 per day with Inside IR35 terms.

Qualifications

Senior PM/Programme Management experience in construction, engineering or infrastructure.
Experience delivering large-scale programmes in complex, global environments.
Strong governance, risk, assurance, and compliance knowledge.
Active DV clearance or DV eligibility and security-minded approach.

Responsibilities

Lead major, complex projects and programmes across the UK and overseas.
Provide senior direction, decision-making and issue resolution at executive level.
Drive change, continuous improvement and delivery maturity across teams.
Strengthen project governance, assurance, risk and compliance across programmes.
Lead, mentor and develop project management teams and engage senior stakeholders.
