Job summary

Dunelm, the UK's leading homeware retailer, seeks a Senior Finance Manager to lead the Business Finance Team and partner with executive stakeholders across Stores, Supply Chain, Digital, Marketing, Tech and Commercial functions. You will drive end-to-end financial planning, reporting and strategic decision support to optimise profitability and growth.

The role offers hybrid working with three days in the office, leading a team of about thirty finance professionals and influencing key business

Qualifications

• Proven line management experience and ability to coach teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and financial sensitivity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to partner with Exec and DLT on strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance team including Finance Managers.
• Produce weekly and monthly reporting and forecasts.
• Own budgeting and strategic planning.
• Provide financial appraisal and decision support.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost optimisation.
• Partner with Exec/DLT and other functions.
