Job summary

Environment Agency is seeking a Digital service specialist to lead ongoing service management for SEA Change, a Power Platform solution supporting P3M. You will ensure a user-centred live service, establish management processes, and guide users with relevant documentation and guidance.

You will work with the Product Manager, developers and project team to embed operational processes and drive readiness, training and continuous improvement as SEA Change grows across directorates.

Qualifications

• Create internal workflows, guidance documents and training for digital service management.
• Experience supporting products/services transitioning into live operation.
• Understand user-facing issue resolution, change management and knowledge management for a digital solution.
• Excellent customer management across multiple seniority levels.
• Strong communication skills to influence and drive improvement across teams.
• Experience supporting live products, continuous improvement and service management with a product manager.

Responsibilities

• Service readiness and transition of new functionality to live operation.
• Development of service documentation, guidance and support materials.
• Design and implementation of support and governance processes.
• Stakeholder engagement, training and user adoption activities.
