Job summary

Artis Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a hybrid role in Central Bristol. You will lead a portfolio of digital transformation projects, defining scope, budgets and milestones to ensure successful outcomes while coordinating cross-functional teams and external suppliers.

The role requires strong Agile delivery experience, particularly Scrum, plus hands-on Azure DevOps usage for backlog and sprint management.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex transformation, digital or technology-led projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum.
• Experience using Azure DevOps for backlogs, sprints and reporting.
• Exposure to AI, automation or digital transformation programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple digital transformation projects.
• Define scope, plans, budgets and milestones for projects.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and changes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders with clear communication.
• Produce business cases, requirements and status reports.
• Ensure smooth transition to BAU after delivery.
